These Withdrawal Terms and Conditions govern how agents and hotel partners can withdraw their earnings from the Teertham platform. By participating in our partnership programs, you agree to these terms regarding payment withdrawal and settlement.
1. Eligibility for Withdrawal
1.1 Account Requirements
To be eligible for earnings withdrawal, you must:
- Have a verified partner account (Agent or Hotel Partner)
- Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification with valid documents
- Provide accurate bank account details for fund transfer
- Have a valid PAN card and GST registration (if applicable)
- Maintain an active account in good standing
1.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal threshold varies by partner type:
- Agents: Minimum ₹1,000 per withdrawal
- Hotel Partners: Minimum ₹2,500 per withdrawal
If your available balance is below the minimum threshold, you must wait until sufficient earnings accumulate before initiating a withdrawal.
1.3 Available Balance
Your available balance for withdrawal includes only:
- Confirmed earnings from completed bookings (after guest check-out)
- Commission from services successfully delivered
- Bonus earnings and incentives (if applicable)
Pending earnings from active bookings, disputed transactions, or bookings under investigation are not available for withdrawal until resolved.
2. Withdrawal Process
2.1 How to Request Withdrawal
Follow these steps to withdraw your earnings:
- Log in to your partner dashboard (Agent or Hotel)
- Navigate to the "Earnings" or "Withdraw" section
- Enter the withdrawal amount (must meet minimum threshold)
- Verify your registered bank account details
- Submit the withdrawal request
2.2 Withdrawal Frequency
Withdrawal frequency is limited to ensure efficient processing:
- Agents: Maximum 2 withdrawal requests per week
- Hotel Partners: Unlimited requests (subject to processing times)
2.3 Processing Timeline
Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:
- Request Verification: 1-2 business days for internal review and approval
- Fund Transfer: 3-5 business days via NEFT/RTGS to your registered bank account
- Total Processing Time: 5-7 business days from request submission to bank credit
Processing times may be longer during weekends, bank holidays, or if additional verification is required.
3. Payment Methods
3.1 Bank Transfer (Primary Method)
All withdrawals are processed via direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS) to your registered bank account in India. Ensure your bank details are accurate and up-to-date in your partner profile. International bank accounts are not supported at this time.
3.2 Updating Bank Details
You can update your bank account information in your partner dashboard. Changes to bank details may require re-verification and could delay pending withdrawal requests. For security purposes, frequent bank account changes may trigger additional verification steps.
3.3 Failed Transfers
If a withdrawal transfer fails due to incorrect bank details, account closure, or technical issues, the amount will be credited back to your Teertham account balance. You will be notified via email, and you must update your bank information before re-initiating the withdrawal.
4. Deductions and Charges
4.1 Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)
As per Indian tax regulations, TDS will be deducted from your earnings before withdrawal. The TDS rate depends on your PAN card status and annual income:
- With Valid PAN: TDS as per applicable income tax slab (typically 10%)
- Without Valid PAN: TDS at 20% (higher rate applies)
You will receive a TDS certificate (Form 16A) quarterly for your tax filing purposes. TDS deducted can be claimed as credit when filing your income tax return.
4.2 Transaction Fees
Teertham does not charge any additional withdrawal or transaction fees. However, your bank may charge fees for incoming transfers (NEFT/RTGS), which are beyond our control.
4.3 GST and Other Taxes
If you are registered under GST, you must issue a tax invoice for the services rendered. GST-applicable earnings will be processed accordingly, and you are responsible for GST compliance and filing.
5. Withdrawal Restrictions and Holds
5.1 Account Verification Hold
Withdrawals may be temporarily held if your account verification is incomplete or under review. Complete KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar, bank account proof) to lift the hold.
5.2 Dispute or Investigation Hold
If there are customer complaints, refund disputes, or suspected fraudulent activity associated with your account, we reserve the right to hold your withdrawals until the matter is resolved. You will be notified of the reason and expected resolution timeline.
5.3 Compliance Hold
Withdrawals may be restricted if you are non-compliant with platform policies, have outstanding liabilities, or have violated partner terms and conditions. Compliance issues must be resolved before funds can be released.
5.4 Seasonal Holds
During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, withdrawal processing may be delayed due to high transaction volumes. We will notify partners in advance of any expected delays.
6. Cancellation and Adjustments
6.1 Cancellation Impact on Earnings
If a booking is cancelled after commission has been credited to your account, the commission will be deducted from your available balance or future earnings. If your balance is insufficient, the deduction will be carried forward to future commissions.
6.2 Refund Adjustments
In cases where customers are issued refunds, the corresponding commission or payment to partners will be reversed. This adjustment will reflect in your account balance before the next withdrawal.
6.3 Adjustment Notifications
You will receive email notifications for all adjustments made to your account balance, including reasons and transaction references. Review these notifications carefully and contact support if you have concerns.
7. Security and Fraud Prevention
7.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your partner account:
- Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (if available)
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone
- Log out from shared or public devices after use
- Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access immediately
7.2 Fraud Detection
We employ automated fraud detection systems to monitor withdrawal requests. Unusual withdrawal patterns, frequent bank account changes, or suspicious activity may trigger additional verification or temporary holds.
7.3 Identity Verification
For large withdrawal amounts or as part of routine security checks, we may request additional identity verification such as video KYC, phone verification, or submission of recent documents.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Withdrawal Disputes
If you believe a withdrawal has been incorrectly processed, delayed, or denied, contact our partner support team immediately with your withdrawal reference number and relevant details. We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days.
8.2 Escalation Process
If the initial response does not resolve your concern, you may escalate the issue to our senior support team. Provide all relevant documentation and transaction records to expedite the review process.
8.3 Legal Recourse
All disputes arising from withdrawal terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
9. Inactive Accounts
9.1 Inactivity Policy
If your partner account remains inactive (no bookings or withdrawals) for more than 12 consecutive months, we reserve the right to suspend withdrawal privileges until you reactivate your account by completing a verification process.
9.2 Unclaimed Earnings
Earnings that remain unclaimed for more than 24 months may be subject to dormancy fees or forfeiture as per applicable laws. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any action on unclaimed funds.
10. Changes to Withdrawal Terms
10.1 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Withdrawal Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use of the withdrawal feature indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
10.2 Policy Updates
Changes may include adjustments to minimum withdrawal amounts, processing timelines, fees, tax deductions, or security requirements. Always review the latest terms before initiating a withdrawal.

While we strive to process withdrawals within the stated timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by bank processing, public holidays, technical issues with payment gateways, or circumstances beyond our control.
11.2 Bank Errors
